Thinking about adding Sust 500mg/week.

Good question. First let me say that my response below is only pertinent to someone coming off of a steroid cycle that has shut down their HPTA system.

During PCT, we're trying to get our HPTA axis up and running on its own without any false chemical interractions that might "fool" our glands into producing a hormone. Simply put, we want to encourage our hypothalamus gland, pituitary gland, and testes to start communicating with each other on their own.

The marketing claims about tribulus is that it stimulates an increase in LH production in the body although it is still unknown HOW tribulus stimulates LH production from the pituitary gland. None of the research info on tribulus speaks to its ability to spark the hypothalamus to secrete GnRH (which is required for natural LH production), so the tribulus is apparently "fooling" the pituitary into producing more LH (in much the same way that HCG "fools" the testes into producing testosterone during a cycle).

IMO, tribulus may be counterproductive during PCT for the same reason that HCG is counterproductive during PCT. You don't want your glands getting false signals from an outside source that would interrupt the natural HPTA negative feedback loop. Estrogen is the main signal caller in the negative feedback loop for the hypothalamus to begin secreting GnRH, so that's why it's important to properly regulate estrogen during PCT more than any other hormone. If you get too much, you store fat and lose muscle. If you have too little, then you can't restart your HPTA system. This is why most, if not all PCT regimens use estrogen regulating drugs and not GnRH or LH stimulating drugs.

Meaning you have it backwards. Make the test your base and plan adding other compounds as maybes... Im not sure your experience etc with cycling but keep it basic as possible so that you get more bang for your buck later on as the simpler cycles dont work as well.

Actually he's saying the sustanon is about the only thing you need for this cycle. It might be nice to run the winstrol at the end of the cycle but other than that you can save the rest of the steroids and I support what Chancy is saying. It is very good advice. There'll be another day when you can run your primobolan and deca. There just not needed with your fresh receptors. You'll get great growth off of sustanon and winstrol. Once you've ran a few cycles you won't respond nearly as well to sustanon and winstrol and that's the time to add in the primo and deca.
