Just a Quick Question Regarding Sustanon

Ive been taking Sustanon for about 6 weeks now and I am seeing gains that I am happy with.

Ive been told for my next cycle to stack Sus with Decca, I am a bit wary of this as I don't want any 'water weight'.

Correct me if I am wrong, but sustanon just speeds up the growth of muscle, and doesn't exactly retain any water in the muscle? If this is the case I am happy to just stick with sustanon alone again for my next cycle as I am diabetic and read that the body accepts sustanon quite well if not abused.

Another question is I am getting chest pains, friends say it is just my lungs, heart etc having growing pains from the sus, and also that some bits fall off my heart and block the tubes so my heart is working 10 times as hard to pump the sh*t out the tube and that is why it hurts also.

Just wondering if this is a load of crap?

Sustanon is fine on its own and you don't need to add deca to your next cycle if you don't want to. There are numerous other steroids out there to include many orals if you want to add to it next time. You could run sustanon again and add in tbol, winstrol or anavar to the back half of the cycle if you want. Here is an example of one potential cycle.

Wk 1-10 sust 500mg wk (split doses)
Wk 7-12 tbol 50-60mg ED
Run adex at .25mg EOD or E3D to keep estrogen and water down.
Start pct 2-3 days after last dose of tbol using nolvadex 20/20/10/10/10.

Anabolic steroids increase protein synthisis which causes damaged tissue to recover faster and that causes the muscle to grow. So you workout causing damage to your existing muscle fibers and through a natural process of protein absorbsion your muscle repair causinh new muscle growth. The steroids simply speed up or make more efficient use of the proteins to accomplish this. If you don't cause the initial damage then there isn't much growth.

Sustanon like a lot of steroids causes some water retention. Some people notice more than others. The use of arimidex during the cycle keeps this at a minimum. Deca is known for water weight gain so if you don't like that look you should avoid it but again arimidex can help with this but you should also use dostinex with it.

Now on the your friends.....get new ones, they sound like 5th graders and are giving you bad advice.

If you are having chest pains there could be a number of things causing them like heartburn, damaged or over worked muscles in the chest or actual heart problems. It is true that your heart could become enlarged to some degree through steroid use but not likely an issue with 500mg of sustanon. If your heart is working 10 times harder, blood vessels are being blocked by tissue degridation then you have some serious issues and need immediate medical attention but I don't believe that is the issue. If they are persistent I would suggest seeing a doctor.

Think I'm just going to stick to Sustanon again for my 2nd cycle as I feel safe with just sustanon alone!

Also going to see a doctor about my chest pains, the woman where I got my needles from said that it is important to do cardio whilst on sustanon because one side of your heart grows and one doesn't so I need to do cardio to keep it equal, is this true?

Never heard of that. Doing some cardio is always a good idea but get checked out before you make any changes.
