I recommend reading this post Hey need help then think about it a while.

I also recommend you double what you eat during the day. Use the shakes between meals before and after your training. You don't need to do it all in a day but add a little more to each meal and still be able to eat it. An exta egg in the morning, a larger portion of chicken in the meal etc. Also I see your last meal is post workout. If that is when you go to bed then okay but if you are up a couple hours later then eating or taking a casein protein shake at bedtime has huge benefits. You should eat every 2.5 to 3 hours. I have posted in many threads about nutrition needs. You should look a couple up so you can determine what yours are.

Save the steroids for a few years down the road or at least until you put on another 15-20 pounds naturally.
