Hey need help

Hey guys so I need your input. Anyone's advice would be greatly appreciated. So it seems that I have been taking steroids from the ages of 19 to 21. I have been of for about a year now and I am having issues with erections and testosterone levels. I went to the doctor got results and he has decided to send me to a endocronologist. I really have done things always at a small dose and monitored properly by an older IFFB pro. So I really need to fix this issue and wanted to know if anyone is experiencing the same problem as me. Does this mean replacement therapy for life? I am still 21 and is there any way then can fix my levels to how they used to be? Here are my results:

Testosterone Free 9.5 ng/dl (9-30)
Prolactin 9.8 ng/ml (2.5-17.0)
Free Test 263 ng/dl (240-950)
Estradiol 56.3 pg/ml

What did you cycle and how long? What ancillaries did you use?

Hey I took a few cycles. Mostly 8 to 10 week cycles with sustanon at 250-500mg a week with eq at about 400 mg/week. I did 3 cycles exactly like that and pct was never well planned. That was my issue. I have never overdosed my cycles. And always seemed to recover pretty well, but now after a year of no drugs I suffer with this issue. I even feel the slight bump under my left nipple. The eurologist offered an anti-e or TRT. Do you think there is a solution to bring my natural test back up or is this permanent?

Your test is quite low for your age and you may consider TRT but before you do I would get on an AI like arimidex. Your estrodiol level is high and that can cause some of your problem. The normal range is 13 to 50 depending on who you listen to. Either way yours is high and combined with low test I understand you having an ED issue.

Avoid alcohol as it raises estrogen levels as well. After you have been on the AI for a month or so get your blood work done again. The estrodiol should drop. If the test isn't up and it may not be then TRT may be your answer.

I really hope that TRT isn't something I have to resort to for the rest of my life. It is weird because I got a test done a few months ago as well and my total test was 450 and it went down even more in mid 200's and I havent used any steroid in this period. Can my body be rebounding from the past? And depending on what the doctor says I might end up taking an anti-estrogen.

It would be nice if a few of the teeagers who come in here insisting on using steroids would look at your post and think twice. There are reasons why we recommend people wait until around age 23 to do this. Im sorry you have these issues. I hope the ai will help you out. Listen to Florida. He can help you try a few things that may help get you cranked back up.

Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) may work as well since it also has a secondary effect of increasing test production. Nolva is sort of a two for one kind of anti-E drug. That's why we recommend using it during PCT to get our HPTA systems back up and fully functional.

There are several things that can cause a fluctuation in your test levels even though you aren't on cycle. The time of day the test was do (should always keep it the same), the amount of sleep you got prior to the test, drug or alocohol use etc. A 250ng/ml drop is pretty significant so I'd say there are other issues that caused it. I would take the adex or as BigEz said nolvadex for a while to see if there are any changes. I would hate to see you on TRT at your age. I would try whatever you can before I chose that option.

Florida you really know what you are talking about. Thanks. I went to the Endocronologyst and he told me that my test levels were measured 3 pm. which should be tested early morning. So I will be getting my new blood work done in 2 days early morning. He told me not to worry and he thinks he will be able to get my levels up. After the blood test he might give me an MRI to see if my pituitary is signaling properly. He says worst comes to worst he will inject (i forgot what the vaccination was called) for the pituitary to allow the body to produce more testosterone, but its hard for him to say until I get the tests done.

It seems that my estrogen levels have went down since my last test done about a month ago. So the doctor says that TRT should be my last resort. It is an option. I really want to avoid that approach. He wants to signal the testes with injections to stimulate the pituitary. I dont know if his option is hcg or something else he mentioned. He did mention another injection, but can not remember the name. I will mention what other injection it is when I find out. Through my tests he believe this is secondary rather a primary pituitary problem. So what do you guys think?
