I know a few people from there, and that have family there. Saying it is a third-world country is like saying Italy is a third world country. I see good old-fashioned American High-School world economics and geography must have been REAL hard for you. Google is a good tool,my friend. Or you could go back to school.

Because it is probably much like the USA....some people are scammers and some are not. It does not mean the whole country are scammers.

Where were you in Croatia? I have traveled the whole country quite a few times. In fact....going back again in February.Obviously you must have been in some remote North-eastern blip that isn't on the map. There hasn't been any major tension in Croatia in years(never has been any towards USA). There is more tension between blacks and whites right here in the good old USA than there is between Serbs and Croats in Croatia. In fact my Bosnian Cousin (in Zadar) just married into a Catholic Family. You really are clueless to the facts. but anyway.....


The point to this all has nothing to do with what you are trying to turn it into.....the fact is that just because there are one or 2 scams in a country.....it doesn't make the whole country a scam.
