source check question

hey eveyone, im new to this site, but im a member over at AR and muscle talk. ive just been doing some research on these three sources i got and was woundering if someone over here could help me out....you never can be too carefull, so i double, sometimes triple check my sources. thanks everyone.

The deal is nobody is going to give you a source check. You come in here with 1 post. Who are you?? Get my drift. Also I made a sticky on this matter. You can have 100k posts and I would still tell you nothing. Use google to check and double check your source
