When do I say... I've been scammed?

HI everyone.

I placed an online order on March 3rd. The site says they shipped my product on March 13th and that delivery time is 21-30 business days.

Well it's now May 2nd and I have not received my order.

I submitted a customer service ticket which took 5 days to be answered and the reply I got was it shipped on March 13. I submitted a new ticket two days ago asking if they have any recent problems with Canadian customs? No Answer.

This may sound like a stupid question but when do I actually declare I've been scammed?

I would post the site I ordered from but I am "not allowed"

If it was a sponsor then you can bet you have not been scammed. Customs can hold a package for months before they release it. I know it sucks to wait but that's all part of the game.

Its not the sponsor. Its the mail.
I suggest you tread lightly on calling tried and true sponsors a scam!
Common fucken sense says a Sponsor would not be a scammer!!!!!!!

Show me where I said anyone is a scammer? Show me where I mention anything about a sponsor?

I asked a question or am I not allowed to do that either

All I know is it's been 2 month's since I paid for my order and I have not received anything. When do I say.. OK I've been scammed? After 3 months? or 4, 5? Or should I still hold out some hope that its in the mail?

One of my orders took a little over 60 days to arrive and it had been opened by Canadian Customs. They DID NOT seize my order though.

I waited 65 days before mine arrived, But the shipping date was just like they said it was so customs and the mail service was the problem, not the source.

Not my reply, if anyone thinks that they should read what I wrote again. In my reply I stated if it came from a sponsor you can bet YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SCAMMED as in to say they are golden and to let Hommeboy know he would get it in due time.

You really should have your thread approved by a moderator before posting in this section. That is best advice I can give anyone to avoid any confusion. It's pretty cut and dried if someone is a scammer or not.
