freakin buzz. dangerous??

Hey guys, havent been able to find the gear yet but git a question on my pre gym buzz. I hit once or twice a week a prework out drink that gives a killer buzz. I hit some creatine with about 3-5 tea bags in about 8oz of water warmed up. Man, I go in with a killer buzz like I'm on freakin fire!! Does anyone else do it, and can it get dangerous?? Man it makes me want to walk through a freakin wall!!

Speed Stack before the gym and some days it would make me focus and go at it like a man bent on determination and other days it would make me feel jittery and not want to lift at all, but lay down til the nervousness passed.

Hey DJack,
I read a study a couple of years ago that caffine would hinder the delivery and absorption of creatine. So ya might want to take your creatine another 30min.or so before all the tea. Just a thought. Good Luck

crank some PPA and either Neurogain or Beta Blast. have also used Green Tea, man does that send you zooming. Have to work out though or will never come down. But also cycle off of thermos just to avoid the tolerance building.

check out the thermorexin... it has green tea extract and a bunch of neurological enhancers. Good stuff.

I got some samples of Thermorexin. Day 1 took 1 cap and got a great thermo effect. Day 2 took 1 and hardly felt anything, so I took another (1 Hour later) and still did not get the same thermo effect as the 1st day. Almost like I built up a tolerance in 1 day.

That happens to me. I had not done Clen in 5 years. I started with 40 mvg on 6/1 within 8 days I was up to 320 mcg a day. Yes four 40 mcg tabs at 8:00 am and another 4 tablets at noon. I decided it was time to come off after 8 days because i felt like I was just wasting them.

I think I am going to start up again Sun or Mon, because I realy need to drop some BF quick. I am stuck at 15% and have been there since Mid April. Did CKD for 3 months and didn't losse hardly any BF, so I came off CKD at the end of June. I am now just going to follow a basic diet 50% Protein 30% Carbs 20% Fat simple carbs only post workout. All other carbs will be low GI (Oatmeal and sweet potatoes)

Cardio will still be done 1st thing, on an empty stomach, and i may go for a long walk at night (for extra cardio).

I may change my workout to all Supersets. When I did this before I lost the most amount of BF and did ZERO Cardio as well.

A very exhausting workout. But gets you in and out of the gym quickly.
