How did it go?

it didn't LOL..

about day 5 i was training and felt like i was gonna pass out and hands got shaky etc.... if i don't eat for a while i get low blood sugar levels.... i downed a carbdrink at gym and felt better.......found out i should have tried a protein shake instead......i will give this diet another go in the future......

also i just felt like shit and needed more mental focus for work etc......

I have followed the CKD for six weeks now. I'm having a hard time consuming all the fat on the first day but I just take down as much as possible. I have never had results like I am gettng now. I have dropped alomost 1% every week. It is very hard to follow but is well worth it.
