What is SAM-e?

sorry if this a dumb question but i've been reading up on prolactin suppressers and can't figure out what sam-e is. is it an otc supplement or a product like nolva?

also, does taking a product like this supress gain as well while on a cycle?

it is an over the counter supp., used to elevate mood,combats depression and anxiety...didnt do shit for me though....

so if i go to a supp store, i just ask for sam-e? or is there an product name for it?

Just ask for it. It's kinda pricey though. I tried it awhile back and it didn't do anything for me either. My girlfriend swears it helps with her pms, but again I see no difference!
