I use a horse supp called Fat Cat. It is made by Vapco. You can learn about it on the Vapco.com web site. Many top lifter take it. It has a alot of protein and enzymes to help absorbsion. Just take one raw scoop a day and chase it with water. It tases great. Like cherries. And it has like 500 calories. Its also very cheap. $25 will get you a 6 week supply.

Good job Twisted. You supplied some good data for the MM crew. Yes I do use this and it doesnt make you sick or have any bad effects. You notice it too(results). Louie Simmons turned me and many other elite powerlifters onto it back in 1998. It really helps. I know an IFBB pro who uses it when he is dieting. It helps his energy levels when his carb intake is down.
