FINALLY SAW MY FIRST BB SHOW!!

ontario's... i guess like a state npc show...best of the province (12mil) top 3 in each class qualify for can. nationals where they can win their ifbb

and now i've been bit by the bug!! i want to compete LOL.. but i'll think tommorow about that one..

first figure i was not impressed by...they were beautiful girls/women but it was soooo long and i really had no interest in it.....

fitness....some chick had her breast fall out...which was nice...LOL..some really good routines........

pros.... greg kovaks was there ...guy he trained won overalls... looks like he's ahving triplets...even though i heard his belly has shrunk..i think not!! he sat right infront of me through most of the show...constantly wiping sweat off his forhead yet i was freezing my ass off cause the a/c was cranked!!

quincy taylor guest posed..... talked to him for a bit.....cool guy... says doesn't use slin...just gh...that's why his belly is small...also probably why he isn't a monster..

paul dillett was there....looked like a dummy... wore lots of clothing...probably to hide poor physique...

scott milne...ifbb pro... was going to NOC but truck rolled week before and puntured lung etc...he was there and in good spirits..

steph worsfold...still looks great..

anyway.......lightheavy got screwed....was SWOLE...i think judges may have thought he was cocky.....i think he was just agressive and knew he had the win... he was pissed...

super heavies.... complete politics... guy got 3rd should have won...took a few minutes to take his trophy then left staged and smashed it against the wall......then the next guy who should have won (in muscletech ads) got 2nd isntead and walked off stage as well...

anyway i had a fun time.....can't believe this is the first show i went to watch...had a few buddies in it as well...which was cool.

LOL. At the Arnold a couple of years ago he sweated like a pig. That guy is a sweating machine.

yes kovaks had a bunch of napkins to wipe sweat off him.....all of the guys there he were training were BULKED up.......

i couldn't beleive the politics....... trainers were talkign to judges before the show..all that jazz...

a 70 year old did the masters with parkinsons....i actually knew him...didn't even know he was gonna compete...used to train at my gym...... guy looked GREAT....standing ovation from crowd... i'd be lucky to make it to 70!!

also the expo had some neat stuff.... one company coming out of quebec (freakin label on their products were all french... i'm like pardon moi moinseure, je'ne parle francais!! LOL) i don't speak french!! but had chicken soup, pudding, and like an icecream protein...soy isolate based, but almost 0 carb, 0 fat and tasted WICKED..would be great for dieting.... gonna hunt some of this down and give it a try.

My first show ever was the 96 NOC in NYC. I had some big cats in my gym at the time, but holy shit. Seeing the pro bbers on tv just doesn't do these guys justice.
