on what kind of nutrition your siting. Is it geared towards the casual athelete or the more hard core crowd?

usually something that will hit ya on the middle of the night. So keep a pen and paper by your bed to write down your thoughts as soon as you wake up or else that precious dreaming time is wasted. Thats how I got the name for publishing company.

Prose Publising......the logo was the harder part.

Diet Right(Riot), Vitamin Barn, VitaSuperStore, Slender Aide, SlenderSusan (as opposed to LazySusan - the condiment tray). Those are my wife's choices. Personally, I would go to Rogue's Gear and Grub store - if the line wasn't too long.
