Congrats bro. It sounds like u did fine. U said this was your first show, who helped u with your diet and critiquing body parts. the reason i ask is bc i want to do one but ive never met anyone in my gym that competes and could give me honest evaluations and help

My training partner helped me quite a bit, he's a national level super heavy competitor. Plus, I have a quite extensive background with nutrition education, personal training, ect..... I've actually helped with contest prep for some friends who compete and done well with them, but when it comes to your own body you need someone else to look at you and critique you and luckily, I have a solid training partner for that.
