I'm more of a technical mod, since that is my fulltime speciatly (IT/IS)..i'll leave the 'how in the hell do i stick that big needle in my ass' to the real pros, such as yourself bro!

Training is going very well, made some great gains and learned a hell of a lot off these boards..

LOL.......I'm no pro but give advice when I can. Congrats, you'll make a great MOD. You seem to pickup pretty quick and show the effort to learn. Thats what makes this family a good one. Good people, some darn good smart ones too.

Mr. X, you picked some great team members to help run the site. Keep up the great work.
