Rams vs. Bengals

Okay, I knew a week ago that this would be one really tough game, but the Bengals came out of it a little better than I thought they would. It still means nothing though because they are going to the playoffs. Okay, I have to be a Tim Couch fan since he is from my alma mater, but still, Cincy is going to stomp the Browns and that is all that really matters to get them to the play-offs is it not?

For the first time in 10 years I can say," GO BENGALS!!!"

Well I'm happy for you BUT beating up on the browns doesn't show anything. The real show of will be in the playoffs. Can they handle being there after all this time not being there. And my prior post of KC being the team to beat, WOW did they eat the turf on saturday. Minn ate them up and spit out the bones.

Bro, I'm looking at the advantage of psychological scores for the Bengals. Tim Couch might be the Dan Marino of this decade in a dead tie with Chad Pennington, but the Browns have nothing more than a good QB. B4E? You said you touted the Bengals for a long time. Have you given up? Bengals will enter the playoffs because the Browns suck major ass.

Bengals will definitely not be a contender for the superbowl though. The Rams will be right back in the mix, but the Bengals are the rising stars this decade since Paul Brown died. Too bad Mike Brown still owns the Bengals. Without Mike, the may have a serious chance for the bowl. Mike will never compare to daddy Paul in his most delusional fantasy. However, Mike has a shitload of money and I see his stadium every day on my way to work.

You're kidding me, right? Tim Couch and Dan Marino in the same sentence? Couch has been benched each of the last two years in favor of some scrub. When did that EVER happen to Marino?

NO nO i want to see a different team coming up and the bengals is a good one. BUT there not ready. I'd hate to see them go all the way and turn up empty next year like tampa. I don't think Couch can be put next to a name like Marino. Couch shows alot of talent but that's just hard to put his name in line of the greats. They've also had a quarter back problem in cleveland they didn't know who to start.

Couch has a great arm assuming he doesn't throw the damn thing out. No, Couch is no Marino, but Marino did not become one of the greats without years of experience. Bengals won't make it this year, but they have a good chance for the playoffs. The Browns have had so many chances and yet they seem to just run out of steam every few seasons after their fans has thought there was hope. Who knows? Maybe in a few years the Bengals will be back in the Superbowl stomping and romping on the Chargers who beat the out of the last superbowl. Who knows though. The Rams and the Ravens are bombs and I was incredibly impressed with the Falcons this weekend too. Can you say, "Daaaammmmnnn!"
