Strange pains today please read

yesterday i was a little sore in my legs i felt as though i had a hard squat/leg day but i had not worked legs in over a week. Today was horrible i had all day i was weak legged and felt as though i needed walker. I almost fell a few times. by the end of the day i could not lift my legs. I took a nap a bout 6 and a now a few hours later i feel fine and theres little soresness and no pain. Anyone know what might have caused this once again it was both legs that i could barely move and when i did in involfed great pain. I no baby iether this was some serious pain. I got in the bed and was barely able to turn myself over. I'm not on anything and i havnt worked out in about 5 days.

low blood sugar, too little rest, fatigue - too many things

go to rite aid and buy some naproxen sodium pills. it will help you with soreness and swelling
