as some of you may know i am rcovering from a shoulder injury. I worked out my upper body today for the 1st time in 6 weeks. after a warm up i put 225 on the flat bench & was strugling after 10 reps. i was doing 275 for 11 reps before my injury. this sux ! i did 5 sets on chest & 5 on back & i was exausted.

Hang in there bro, you'll get it back. Just don't push it too hard.

oh i wont. i didnt go over 225 on the bench. i fel like a puss

It will take some time to get the strength and endurance back up to par, but you'll feel better if you go easy and don't injure yourself.
