Hiya..ok..so what can you tell us about you?? i know you are married...kids and such?? pets?? How long have you been working out? or do you go to the boards for chat??? Um..hhmm..that is all i can think of right now..just wanted to say HI!!!

OK, I'm 28 years old. I'm married to the most wonderful woman in the world. We have a 2 1/2 year old girl, and a boy that will be here in the spring. I've been lifting off and on for about 2 1/2 years, but only seriously for six months. 2 years ago when I started lifting I was a skinny 5'8" 140lbs. I now weigh 190lbs, but being ignorant of diet, I've gone up to 20%bf. So now I'm trying to get down to about 10%bf, then I plan on starting my first cycle. Like I said, I've only been lifting seriously for 6 months, I just benched 225 for the first time this week, but I love the new lifestyle, and God willing, I will be lifting when I'm sixty. I'm a member at Xtrememass, but that's my only other board. Jumbo invited me to come over here, and I gotta say that I really like it here.

What got you into lifting??? Congrats on your baby boy that is coming!!!

I am the baby on the board. lol...i fear of saying how old..cuz i know i will catch shit. I have been married for 6 years on the 31st of this month and have a 4 year old daughter. She is of course the light of my life. I actually am super super under weight..lol..by like 30 pounds. I came to the boards for nutritional info. I started working out and eating better this past june, doing and HST routine...howver hubby came home from R and R and got me knocked up. So i had to stop lifting. Then miscarried the 29th of october. Since then i haven't worked out..and truthfully do not eat worth a shit..sometimes not at all. I have been trying really hard to get my diet back on track. There has been a lot of stress and depression in my life for the last few months. You might be able to get the idea by the post i started last night about the lawyer...but trying to stay positive and get my ass up to a healthy weight!! LOL

Wow, I'm really sorry to hear about your miscarriage, and I hope everything works out with your husband. 30lbs underweight? EAT EAT EAT. Then eat some more.

LMAO...i try to..honestly there are times i forget...or when i feel hungry, i am at work and not able to eat. I work at a daycare center in an infant room, and the parents don't appreciate it when you eat all their childs baby food
I was keeping a diet journal...kept me on track...cat spilled soda on it and ruined it...and i just didn't do well after that...that has been about a week. but i also have the flu. once i feel on top of my game, i am going to try to start getting back on top of things..eating better and working out.
