Do I have severe issues that need to be addresed?

i've been wanting an AK-47 for 3 years. 3 years ago i couldn't justify the cost, so instead i went and bought a Makarov (Russian 9mm).

This time i'm DEFINETLY buying an AK47. i'm scoping out a few auctions on auctionarms and i've found some good deals. i'm just waiting for the actions to get close to closing so i can bid.

so not only am i getting an AK47 (and i'm going to order around 2K rounds of ammo for it and 500 more for my handgun), i'm also searching for bondage stuff to add some more excitement to my sex life (it's easier to stick it in my butt when i'm restrained).

it just seems pretty sadistic on my part that i'm gun shopping and S&M shopping at the same time and i'm about to place orders for things. is this a sign that i've got deeper issues than i originally thought?

I come from a well armed family. My dad alone has over 70 different types of guns, and the ammunition to shoot each one. He has and AK47, my uncle has one also.
This past year my dad and his buddy went in on an entire trailor (18 wheeler type trailor) full of shot gun ammo. He shoots trap and skeet 3-5 times a week and hunts during season atleast once a week. he doesn't park his car in the garage. It is reserved for ammunition. Its the people that DON'T have guns that I find...odd.

now as far as the bondage stuff...that's just weird.

I have 5 guns, including a SKS (chinese version of the AK) with enough ammo to be ready for WWIII. If sh*t goes down, you won't be able to go buy ammo, always have enough on hand. Everywhere I go, I carry a gun with me(have a permit to do so). As we get older we just move onto big kid toys. Anything more than 2 guns is no longer for protection but becomes a hobby. As for the bondage stuff...to everyone there own. I'm with Voodoo

i'd rather go new. i'm looking at the SAR-1s on auctionarms right now. one i was looking at had a reserve price, the buy it now was $425. i was going to bid, but i figured the reserve was set close to the buy it now price. the buttstock didn't match the forward hand grip color wise.

the other SAR-1 i'm looking at is unfired, matching woodgrain, and is at $299 right now. auction ends Sunday night. i'm going to throw down a bid Sunday and hopefully i can snag it for $350. i don't want to go too much higher, because i can get a WSAR for $318.


i hear you guys on the ammo. i found a deal - 1560 rounds for $119, free shipping. i'll pick up 2 of those. only thing that sucks is they don't have Makarov ammo in stock, and the place i found the best price on that (Wolf ammo) has free shipping for orders over $150. i'm only planning on getting 500-600 rounds of handgun ammo, so there's no way i'm spending $150 on it.
