I've never had cats that play with each other. The best I've been able to manage is an uneasy truce. I'm afraid of how my one remaining cat, Clyde, would react if I brought home a kitten. He doesn't get along with the cat across the hall at all.

We've been lucky that our cats have always gotten along. Ariel was 2 when we got Tiger and she loves to play with anything living. It took Tiger 2 days to realize Pepper isn't a threat, Ariel took about 4 days.

The last stray we brought in was fully grown, around Tiger's age we think. Took 2 weeks before she started getting along with Tiger, but she hated Ariel. We gave her to a friend of mine. That cat is happier as an only cat.

Gf's grandmother has 3 cats that really don't care for each other. The youngest one is 4 years old. Gf was driving down the road and saw a few kids throw something into the road right in front of her. She slammed on the brakes, got out of the car, and it was a kitten that they had been torturing. She told the kids they were worthless little fucks, scooped up the kitten, and took it to her grandmother. The cat is missing one eye but other than that he's healthy and the friendliest out of her 3 cats. Her grandmother has a real soft spot for that cat because she's blind in one eye as well.

Good thing she stopped and saved the cat.I cant stand animal abuse.I could never be an animal cop cause I would probably kill someone for neglect and abuse of animals

Animal abuse is one of the lowest forms of human behavior. Most serial killers start out abusing animals. This says alot for people who do not like dogs and/or cats.

Believe me, I've come very close to having really nasty words with my neighbors over how they treat their pets. On Saturday, I was in and out of the house most of the afternoon, my neighbors left probably around 2. I didn't see until AFTER it had stormed like mad that they left their dog outside, and this was around 7pm. The dog had no shelter, which is BS. We had an outdoor dog growing up and he always had shelter. When I left at 9 that night, they still weren't home.

They have 2 cats and the one they didn't get fixed, so as a result he started pissing everywhere in the house. Simple solution - $60 or so at the vet and his balls would be snipped and within a few weeks he'd stop (this happened with our male). The cat tore into their couch from the back and pissed inside of it, he was caught in the act.

They kicked the cat out. They don't even feed it, we do at the begging of her mother (who is the landlord). Her mother offered to get it fixed if we'd take it in but we said we were not taking in a 4th cat.

They also shouldn't have children. Their 6 year old son was playing with our daughter the other day, she's almost 8. They "got married." In front of my gf and his mother, the little shit said "Okay, so now that we're married, when do I get to take those clothes off and tap that ass?" The mother flipped out and said it wasn't the first time he's said that, amongst other things. Father's fault, but she allows a lot of his inappropriate behaviors to continue. I yelled at him the other day for walking straight into my house when I had the door open to let my kids in because we had just gotten home. I asked him why he thinks he can just walk straight in without asking. His response was to ask me 50 questions about what we were doing. Even my 4 year old knows you don't walk into someone's house without asking. I kicked him out right away, of course.

I think my neighbors should be living in a trailer park somewhere.......
