Mixed tests are great because they allow a higher concentration per mL, but that's not a factor for you as you won't need a very high dose on a first cycle. I'd stick with a single ester like test cyp or test enth if I were you.

as far as there being an advantage, in the case of a blend of strictly long esters, no there isn't....

Now, if you're talking about a blend of short/medium/long esters like the blend found in Sustanon....there is an advantage in that you get results faster because the short esters kick in right away. Drawback tho is that you have to shoot it every other day to keep hormone levels consistant.

when people talk about scar tissue, how many times have they put it in the same spot to get scar tissue. this is not something I will have to worry about I am sure, but I would like to know

No worries...you have to have a lot of pokes under your belt before scar tissue becomes an issue...if you are smart enough to rotate injection sites. Your first cycle should be 500mg/week of test cyp for 10 weeks IMO. If you go with the brand I like, that is only 2mg of oil per week to shoot. There are two spots that I assume you can safely hit with 2mL of oil: glutes and quads. So, that gives you four injection sites. That means that no site will be hit more than 3 times during your entire cycle. Scar tissue will not be a problem. You could break it down into 1mL shots and hit even more spots, but that's making life more complicated unnecessarily. Do this:

left quad, right quad, left glute, right glute, left quad, right quad, left glute, right glute, left quad, right quad

That's it, that's all....done. 10 weeks, no excessive pokes at any one site.
