I think I need to lay off the tryptophan. When I was taking Lexapro recently, I started grinding my teeth so bad that my temples would swell from jaw fatigue. The tryptophan is doing the same thing, so apparently it is upping my seratonin levels alot.

Two bad sides from SSRI's are diarrhea and grinding your teeth. If you grind your teeth already, then it becomes far worse. I have been grinding my teeth for the last couple of years bad enough as is.

Anyway, goodnight my peeps.
