My daughter used to eat green beans straight from a can and dip them on catsup. She'd say "Basha, basha, beanie, beanies!" smile this huge grin and eat it all up.

Fia LOVES green beans... or any greens for that matter. She will eat her veggies over anything else on her plate.

Raspberry and cheese...I'll have to try that someday, prefferably fresh though, the raspberry yogurt with cheese crackers just doesn't do it for me. LOL

My daughter and I are like that, loving veggies. We love a good steak but overall, if it was easy to eat well and avoid meats we would. She was about 5 when she refused to eat meats (no red meat, chicken or fish) and I had to get creative getting protein into her. That lasted for about 6 months. Then one day she really wanted McD's and I said if she ate that crap she was eating my meat dinners too. She caved. LOL

But still now, when Stromba's away, we'll just eat salads, veggies with a little cheese, anything simple and quick. I used to boil some frozen spinach and she'd eat that plain. Now if it's all we're eating dinner I'll add a little lowfat ricotta and seasoning. Stromba's gone for a few days and I know my stove is gonna stay nice and clean!

Time to put her to work in a sweat shop now that she has a couple of years under her diaper.

I think shoes would be a good place to start. I hear Nike hires a lot of toddlers. You may have to move to Taiwan though.
