He just died not too long ago.

You know, one of the reason I was stoked about being in Okinawa is that I thought one of the Karate Kid movies was shot here. Turns out it was in Hawaii though.

Yeah, I was a Karate Kid fan. I remember part 2 being filmed in Hawaii.
