Yep. I know the dog's "mom" and "dad." His mom had to watch him get beat. She was trying to stop the guy but she is pregnant and about 100lbs and the guy that did this is quite large I hear.

The worst part is they can't get revenge because the guy is their neighbor so if they retaliate it will only start a war with a guy who is obviously out of his mind and willing to do some crazy shit.
