Voodoo, since you are Italian, do you ever use Sangria in tomato based pasta sauces to make a Sangriavese sauce? I'm honestly not a Sangria fan and the last Sangriavese sauce I had was akin to eating linguini in lemon juice with some veggies tossed in for good measure. I took a bite of the stuff, my eyes crossed, and sphincters at both ends puckered from it being so sour.
