I would want to live in a quiet area like you're in. My place is nice and laid back, but I could definately go for an area with less people and more animals lol. I can literally walk the two mile trip to the gym faster than I can drive there due to traffic. 1-1:30 hours to drive two miles :argh.

I would definately try this b/c then it secures you a spot. With everyone trying to move back after the storm, that place might fill up quick.
