A good friend of mine is in jail for reasons that Im sure he has spun to me...so Im not 100% Im sure it was violent crime ect

He is in and its his 8th year and he talked about getting out-

anyway blah blabhhhhhh He is about 5ft10 5ft 11 white guy and he does 1500 push ups a day and every other day in the cell...i saw in about three months ago and he looks like a chizzeld brick and better than most guys at gym by far and even myself! lol he said no weights either and bad diet hmmmmm bs exactly what I thought lol

Sounds about right. When you think about it the guy has all day to work out and all day to sleep. You don't need weights when your locked up; there are many things around you that you can use to workout with.

For example your bed roll or trash bags filled with water. You can do dips on the lower bunk, pushups, situps. Whatever you have around you.
