i concentrate strictly on areas that need most attention, i just throw in a few sets for each muscle group i feel is adequate, just to get the blood flowing. Come prep work, its time to give each muscle full attention.

I was just curious because some people have bodyparts that are very stubborn and I was curious of some of those lagging parts are better to focus on closer to a competition than other pats.

For instance, I barely have to work my legs and even less for my calves because they are always hard as a rock and I can get them to grow with little work. My delts are the same way, but my arms and chest for some reason are always a lagging body part that I have to work really hard to get them to grow with lots of food. My bi's have a really nice, rounded ball look, but still require alot of work to make those 22s grow into 44 mags.

Exact same thing for me. I mean EXACTLY the same body parts that lag for me. Calves have always been huge. I can get legs to grow easy but my damn chest and biceps...ARrrrggh! Triceps grow like weeds for me and are strong.
Glad to see I am not the only one with this problem.
