Seriously, it bugs me to no end when I see two Ls in the word. I worked at huge dotcom travel agency for a while so "canceled" was a common word due vacations being canceled due to hurricanes and all that. They had all their shit on drop down menus so I had to choose this less preferred spelling when I sent out notices. It bothered me so much that I emailed the COO and let that ***** know he needed to correct his shit. He basically told me phuck off and then he fixed it anyway.

Then again, at that job, telling me to phuck off and then taking my advice was par for the course.
