Dont know any thing about the saab, But I do know that you can just up the boost on the turbo and get alot more power out of it, You can do that by getting a adjustable wastegate and a better blowoff valve.

I'd have to do and tinker with the computer. Saab computers are pretty finicky. The Saab turbo in my car is phenomenal, but to be honest, the brakes and rotors are just problematic. The car is practically new and the rotors are just soft as can be...all four have been replaced. The car takes off like a rocket....once it is at 40 mph (below 40 mph...1st and second gear would be nice to get adjusted with the turbo) and the brakes and rotors would be nice to be replaced with something sturdy that will last and still be able to take a beating. Also, I hate looking at rust ridden calipers.
