I think history will be kinder on Bush once things get panned out, Iraq is turned over to its own Security forces and we have a better grip on Terrorism. It will all be worth it then and Bush wont look as much like a man of War.

My question is what do the European countries think the reason Bush invaded Afghanistan and Iraq? Whats the general consensus?

I shortened the quote a bit.... I don´t know how could I say this nicely. the news here are indeed guite unbiased . they just tell what happened and a bit of why perhaps . as speaking w regular people one thing comes out ; oil. not many I know believe in the official 911 story. 911 was something that came out too handily for B admin and paved the way to Iraq(oil) . ever heard of term "new Pearl Harbour"? to put it in two words ... money and oil were the reasons . war on terrorism was just a front. I believe Bush has a soul, is Religious and wouldnt do that. That is such a crazy conspiracy theory that only the crack pots here in the US even mention it. He wouldnt hire some Arabs to kill themselves and our fellow countrymen and women and children for oil. Hell, we're paying $3.00 a gallon....I would think that if it were for oil we'd be getting cheap gas. Our Economy is suffering big time because the price of everything has gone up because of transportation cost.

I ´ve told this before gatro; GWB was NEVER a mastermind behind anything . He was and still is the forefront . the inner circle that lies in the shadows is responsible whatever action they did . What excatly happened in 911 we may never know , but what DID NOT happen we can speculate . surely Alguaida and its cavemen ( bin Laden ) were not responsible for such action . Falseflag operation ....
and as for oil , at the time of attack The B admin most likely thought it would be guite easy thing to invade Iraq and make it "safe". In their wildest dreams they could not believe it would take yrs ( I say it´ll never happen ) . see what happened and what was planned are two different things ..... and another important reason for attack was to get a grip of that area . military bases and such .......
