growing up i used to say i wasn't afraid of anything except my father.. well, when i turned 18 i changed that.. i fought back for the first time and he never hit me or threw me again... so now, I'm not scared of nuttin'

thank you. looking back the night i fought back was actually quite comical. he never expected it..

we were screaming at each other and i started to go upstairs, he grabbed my hair and yanked me backwards pulling me down more than half the flight of stairs. I landed on my back at the bottom .. I stood up and he turned around with his fist raised, so I punched him in his face. He stepped back with the dumbest look on his drunk-ass face. I don't think he had any idea what hit him. I wish I could of had a picture of his face in that moment.

I am sorry to hear that...............I experienced some of the same shit.........I started taking martial arts, then competing, then got big..................now, nobody f**ks with me...........nobody

That was what we thought was normal growing up. We didn't speak at the dinner table, we didn't laugh (EVER), we got the shit beat out of us if we blinked wrong. And, I truly believe that's the only reason I am who I am today, and I have the beliefs and morals I have. I also believe that's why I don't let anyone f*ck with me either.

As it was said earlier.. that and my scars have made me a tough chick
