Rats Whats Going On Thread

Well, I just finished a wonderful evening.... came home, opened up the house, set some chairs out on my front porch (house faces south/southwest) and put some Tino Izzo on the cd (great guitar).

Poured myself two fingers of napoleon brandy (Rat stands and salutes). Fired up a Ghurka cigar.....

And I sat, did nothing but sip brandy, puff my cigar, and watch the sun go down.



I have a few things to do, and intend to go back out with the laptop in a bit, and enjoy the quiet evening.....

Well, Madruga, I don't know about that. I've learned to live simply, these days. And to enjoy just a few of the finer things. A smoke, a drink, a beautiful sunset.

The only thing I don't have is a woman. And well, sometimes, they can be more trouble than their worth.....

Take what you have, and enjoy it.

I'm off for my nest now... everyone... sleep well....

its sun time in the UK and im about to make myself 8 eggs and a shake .... then a banana and a sandwich hope every1 has a nice day... it was my birthday on the 20th october last year and i was on the birthday catagory on this forum and no1 said happy birthday

Well.................I am off to shower. I love those desert sunsets Rat.

Seems like there's nothing more beautiful. Funny thing, I am not a big fan of the ocean, the sunsets are not as beautiful in my opinion but maybe it has something to do with being gone, I don't know. I envy you though because I am home right now and the sunsets in the mountains are not nearly as nice. Although my children help make up the difference.......

well, my clavicle feels MUCH better.
Still gonna take it easy on the shoulders and chest for a few days.

I ate like a freakin moron yesterday after reading the thread about all food that's bad for ya....well, I went nuts on the pizza and ranch wings(Damn it!..I hate when I mess up my routine)...well, not sure if it has anything to do with it, but last night my freakin ankles were swollen as hell....woke up today, they aren't any better...been layin around with my freakin feet elevated, and it doesn't seem to be helping.


Anyone ever have swollen ankles while on cycle?
