After work, I went and did legs.... oy! Talk about losing a lot having pneumonia and being out of the gym for 3 weeks.

I did get to see all my gym mates and catch up on what was going on, so it was worth while.

Just hangin and relaxin on this Monday night. Waiting on severe Thunderstorms and possible Tornados is all here in the Swamp.

me and william are having a competition on the 22nd of april... sort of a strong man competition... bench press, dead lift, shoulder press, squat, barbell curl and skull crushers .... lol looking forward to it now i think i can take him winner id decided by the accumulated total weight lifted in KG
