ya look just like my old lifting partner, who also happened to be my high school physics teacher. he's 38, 6'1 or 6'2, about 230. big dude.

definately look like ya been liftin awhile.

The Rachel Ray show just made me cry. This morning on the Rachel Ray show they brought members from the Jacksonville, FL Humane Society to talk about the fire that completely took the building they occupied. Sadly, the blaze took the lives of 80 animals that night, 67 cats/kittens & 19 dogs/puppies. This morning they told their story - even Rachel was in tears. Once they post the story info on the show's site I'll link it, but here's a video from the fire dept.

On Monday my friend Melonye said.. "Wednesday is my free day, let's make Wednesdays are day to hang out" I should know better than to get my hopes up, she hasn't called and isn't answering her phone. I'm so tired of people's bullshit!!
