Normally we cook ribeye with lots of sweet corn, mashed potatoes and fresh cows butter....hmmm.... I can hardly wait.

Sometimes I'll cook red potatoes with onions, garlic, and peppers and use a bit of wine... cooked in a big cast iron pot with a lid...

Okay... I'm ready to go now.....

And at my table, I always serve the best cognac or usquebaugh.... scotch....

ok... nolva tastes TERRIBLE.

i put a bit on my tongue and it was kinda sweet, so i was like, "ok! here we go 1 ml" oh was i wrong.

and another bit of news...i punched a wall. but not just a wall. a wall with a stud behind it. broke two knuckles. no lifting for awhile. guess it's time to start my cardio and dieting...
