I am waiting for Physio to call me, they're suppose to be setting up an appointment for me next week. The doc told me to work on moving my fingers, making a fist, etc on my own. I can do it, but when I try to make a tight fist my ring and pinky fingers hurt like hell, and won't bend all the way. Not sure what that's about cause the surgery was on the other side of my arm.

I got some fitness DVDs at the dollar store yesterday, I figured what the hell right, they were a dollar. Anyways, they had 4 different ones, "Everyday Workout", "Total Body Toning", "Upper Body Workout", and "Strength & Endurance", they're each about 60 minutes in length and even though I know they're probably not the greatest DVDs available they're something to get me started again.

Hollister and I just went for a 45 minute walk in the woods behind my apartment, and later I'll be throwing one of those DVDs in to see what I can & can't do... then tomorrow, I'll see how sore I am.
