I got a weakness for animals...i'll admit it.
My dogs name is indian...I found her in the woods while i was bmxing one day, she seemed pretty beat up and really skiddish...2 weeks after I took her in she had 6 puppies

That's awesome h4.. I love animals too.. my roommate in MO had a dog he rescued, and I got Hollister and 3 of his sisters cause they were only 5 weeks old and being neglected. I also had a puppy last November (i think) cause she needed a home.. I couldn't keep her but found her a good mommy.

Growing up we had 3 cats, a dog and several fish. My mom has 2 dogs, my sister 2 and a cat and my dad has 4 dogs and 3 cats. I guess we all have a love for animals.

My fiancee found a chocolate lab one night who showed up on her doorstep that was freezing and malnourished, and a few weeks later she had pups too. My parents took the choc lab to their farm so she could have free roam of the farm and my parents fell in love with her. She is one of the happiest dogs I've ever seen and so full of energy, but I swear she is a Lab and Pitbull mix.

My absolute favorite dogs though are Elkhounds. They are gorgeous dogs and are marked like wolves, but stockier and they are very vocal dogs...not barking so much but vocal to their masters...they grunt and snort and make all sorts of funny noises to talk to you. They are some of the best family dogs I've ever seen, but not good indoor dogs because the shed terribly and have an undercoat from hell that needs brushed out regularly. I think it was the Danes and other Nordic peoples that used them regularly to flush out Elks for hunting. They don't look a thing like a hound though, but more like a wolf and husky mix with curly tails.

Spook, Elkhounds - Never heard of them, Ill look them up. Ive had Siberian huskies (beautiful blue eyes) and Akitas (great freinds and guard dogs)

Ive noticed a trend with animal lovers...they tend to have been given an animal at some point as opposed to just buying one...just some generalization ive noticed...

Jackass is simply one of the best things to do for spare time. I would be one of the dudes on that show...no doubt.
