Well, although a car falling on you probably wasn't a good thing at least it led to something better. That's what scares me about being under a car my grandpa always told me it'd only hurt for a minute and laugh.

I know I can do anything I want to do.. all I have to do is set my mind to it.

You know until the meds kicked in it hurt alot. After the meds don't remember. lol.

Lol, sounds like me after my car accident. That was the worst pain I've ever felt until that morphine started working.

Grandpa's just a smartass though. He taught me how to do a lot with cars, cause I was, as he said, "the closest thing to a grandson he had."

Well at least you don't have to rely on someone else though. I think it would be good for everybody to know a little.

I agree, and thinks it's funny when I hear a girl ask where the dipstick is, or say she can't change a tire. Shit, I can do my own brakes, oil changes, I've replaced alternators and helped with an entire transmission swap, too. I love having a clue when I do have to take my car to a shop for something - most men (no offense guys) don't expect a woman to have a clue.

I worked with a girl that built and raced her own car. I thought that was awesome. And at least you don't have to worry about getting ripped off.
