well hope everyone's doing alright. i've just been busy with school and such. ran about 3 miles today and then went and got some breakfast, fruit and fat free yogurt, then throughout the day i was sticking really good to my diet, and then my buddies told me they were going to a country buffet and i had to go. so i wasted ten dollars and ate about 3 plates of fried catfish, fried chicken, mac n cheese, etc...

so i felt like a piece of crap, so i went to the gym and lifted a little. i'm really having motivation trouble. i have a date that i want to look significantly better by: September 14th. my and the misses are going to florida for the weekend, and i want to look good out on the beach, ya know. but more than that, i really want to clean up my diet for health reasons. i want to be fit, strong, lean. i'm just really really really having problems motivating myself. i've done it before...during football, i'd always blow up in the winter for wrestling (wrestled 215 and i was usually 200-205 during the fall so i had to bulk up during wrestling season) and then when football came around the weight just dropped off. but now, it's really tough. i'm at 235. i don't care about weight though. i just want to be fit and look fit. i want to clean up my diet and stick with it for good. i want to start a cardio regiment and stick with it. start back lifting like a madman like i was when i was on cycle. gosh this sucks. i've got to get with it.

hang in there madruga theres no real tips anyone can give to modivate you ...you gotta find your own modivational techniques ....the film pumping iron really modivates me and i look 5 years ahead and visualise myself and that modivates me .... just dig deep and stick it out and it iwll soon become like a routine and a lifestyle and no one said this was gonna be easy!! so get to it !! all in a nice way of course buddy
