i'm in florida for my sister's last college softball tournament ever. they're doing pretty good so far.

she's leaving for italy on the 17th or 18th to play for a professional italian team. pretty awesome.

im sitting at home on lunch break, in some serouse pain, think i fucked my lower back up today doing combatives. Isnt smoking bad for training? i used to smoke back in the day that shit made me tired as hell and lazy i dont even drink these days cause it affects my training.
