lol im 99% natural i use a little test to up my proformace .... i use so little most of gets stuck in the pin..... so i dont count it .... what you benching now buddy? and hows the diet doing

hahaha...just a little test huh? i hear ya, ain't nothing wrong with that.

diet's going great, i'm down to 220 from 235 in a couple of weeks. strength is still the same, actually rising a little. last bench max, about 2 months ago, was 340lbs (154 kgs).

there's been these grilled hotdogs sitting in the fridge for a few days now and i finally broke down and had me one, just plain without the bun. it was amazing.

ya cheat !!! lol ive lost 20lbs so far and im starting clen again tomorrow so expecting anothe rbig loose ... strength is down a little not something a "little " test wont fix lol ..i started test again last week so claiming again...

yea i started another little ten week cycle last week to. 350mg a week, just to keep the muscle while i diet. what's your weight looking like? and your bench?
