Another phenomenal day-awesome workout, awesome size /strength progress. Awesome girlfriend. Job trouble- well, no day is perfect. Got a lot done though. I cant complain.

i'm back...

hung out on the lake all day yesterday and had a great time. finally got up on the water skis so i was pretty thrilled about that. went and hung out with my brother for his 21st and we got nice and toasted. woke up this morning (feeling wonderful...right.) and drove home, went to the base gym, which i can get in to for free, and found out it was closing in 10 minutes. so i went to gold's and waited outside for like 15 minutes hoping someone would walk in and i could just follow them in. no such luck. so i went to my mom's boyfriend's apartment complex's pathetic excuse of a gym and got some stuff done. did chest and shoulders, and man it was really weird. i went in there (it's all machines by the way) and i was just thinking i'm gonna have to work my ass off to get anything out of this, so i worked my ass off and i actually got one hell of a workout. pretty cool how much of lifting is mental.
