It was shut off the whole night prior so when I sparked it back up it was cool.
The guy was rambling off other things like chaning out the coil, nuts, bolts, whistles and who-has.... it was like he was talking chinese.
I honestly dont think he's trying to rip me off.... I called my uncle (he fixes industrial ac's) and went over everything this guy talked about and he said it sounded legit.......plus, he's cutting me a discount too as my uncle knew who he was (small world).
