F*cking Clavicle!!

Lately my damn shoulder seems to have a mind of its own when I'm at the gym. It wants to do all the work no matter what I do, and now my f*ckin clavicle hurts. I really hope I didn't mess up my rotator.
I wanna take a couple days off, but Damn, I HATE taking ANY days off.

yeah, I suppose. Its hard for me to be in the gym without grabbin at the heavy stuff.

Maybe I'll just rie the recumbent here at home for a couple days and see how it goes. (really sux cause I want a chest workout real bad)

man i know how ya feel shiz...messed up my ac joint in my shoulder a few days ago and i'm supposed to be taking two weeks off the weights. HA!!! i mean, that's what my doc said. he also gave me some steroids (non-anabolic, of course) and some lortab. i was like dude, all i really wanted was some anti-inflammatory like ibuprofin or something. didn't need no damn pain pills.

but yeah, went to the doc yesterday morning, and yesterday night i got me in a good chest and shoulder workout. lol.

I had my right Ac joint rebuilt......................listen to what the Dr. says. He didn't go to medical school for nothing.
