no no no, my squat is terrible, about 300lbs
ive started a new work out, im doing 8 sets, 8 reps so i knock it down to about 200lbs for this

im going to treat myself tonite, i have a bed up stairs that hasnt been slept in (its my step sisters, she doesnt live with us) every now and again i lay my head there, its real comfortable

For squats I got the biggest increases by starting off my workout with some sort of plyometric squat (box squats, jump squats) then hit the squats (3reps,5 reps,5reps,8 reps,12 reps) then go to some lunges followed by zercher squats then abs.

Willy, do you use a wide stance with the bar held low on the rear delts? If you don't already it will really bring your weight. And westside barbell uses a ton of box squats, I don't have the chains and bands though other than a couple of the bands that my sister used to use when she did box squats. I gotta find em.
