Im softer this cycle than I should. I know its from taking over two yrs off then thinking I was gonna be a brick again in 12 wks.........wishful thinking!!!!

After Katrina...there was so much to do to help rebuild and all....I just didnt have time and then got out of the habit.

At least I had a bad ass workout tonight. I wonder if it was the beauty of the Tren and Winstrol loaded in one pin.......hmmmmm....
