Thank you, I've taken it, easy as pie. It was one of those tests asking how you handle different situations and asking you the same questions in several different ways to see if you answer them all the same way each time. I usually do fairly well on those tests, I guess sometimes it does help to have good morals and be an honest person. I have call center experience from when I was younger, several years of it, let's hope that helps.
